You need to install winterboard use themes. Once you install it, open winterboard and it will show all available topics and you touch the theme you want (it will put a hook on the right), then close winterboard. The phone will restart and you have this theme. Note: If you select several themes or other winterboard changes, whichever is higher on the list will be one that is used. This is useful if you want to use a theme with a set icons, etc.
